Cancellations must be completed by 8:00pm the day prior to the travel date. 
Failure to notify a Sedona Phoenix Shuttle representative before the appropriate cancellation time will result in a full charge.  No show passengers will receive no refunds or credits.

Sedona Phoenix Shuttle requires all passengers arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to check in 15 minutes prior to your departure time at the Arizona City to City Shuttle Check In Desks which are located in the baggage claim area of each terminal.

For passengers departing from other locations, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. You will check in with the driver. If you are departing from a hotel, please check out of your hotel and be prepared to leave at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Sedona Phoenix Shuttle requires a credit card to book all reservations. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash or check payments can be made in advance at our Cottonwood office or at any of the Arizona City to City Shuttle Check In Desks located in the baggage claim area of each terminal.

Sedona Phoenix Shuttle is outfitted with handicap accessible vehicles. Please call 800-448-7988 and speak with one of our representatives at least 48 hours prior to your departure to schedule service.

Sedona Phoenix Shuttle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left on any shuttles. However, if you have left an item on a shuttle, please call 800-448-7988 and we will do our best to reunite you with your items.

Each passenger is allowed two (2) standard suitcases not to exceed 70 pounds each and one carry on bag. One standard suitcase may be substituted for one standard sized golf bag for no extra charge.

Bicycles will be an extra charge of $15.00 and will only be transported when packaged in an appropriate bike box.

Sedona Phoenix Shuttle offers complimentary parking at your own risk in Cottonwood at our office location.  All parking is based on a first come, first served basis for a maximum of two weeks. You will need to complete a Parking Waiver upon arrival for your shuttle which can be obtained from your driver. All other parking arrangements must be made on your own.

Sedona Phoenix Shuttle allows you to travel with your pet for a small extra fee. This applies to small dogs and cats only, approximately 25 pounds or less. Pets must travel in a hard carrier in the luggage compartment of the shuttle.  

Hard carriers should not exceed the following measurements: 25”L x 17”W x 17”H.

Pets are not allowed to ride in their owner’s laps, or underneath their seats. The only exception to this rule are registered Service Animals.

Unaccompanied minors, defined as passengers between the aged 7-13, may ride alone but an adult parent or legal guardian must fill out a Permission to Ride form to ensure safe travel arrangements. The parent or legal guardian must be present with the child at the time of check-in.
